Our Training Staff

Marietta Performance coaching staff has over 16 years and 9 years of individual experience between our two coaches. They have both done exceptionally well in their track and field careers being able to represent their countries at the international level. Coach Nyles has represented the Bahamas, while Coach Maria is currently representing Dominica.

  • There is no one training style that works because each sport & individual is unique. 

    • My philosophy is to quickly determine a person’s fitness strengths as well as their desired personal fitness & weight-loss goals

    • I then work to develop a personalized training program around that athlete's strengths so I can bridge the gap between his/her strengths and weaknesses. 

    • This tactic works for both group and personal training because I tailor the exercises based on the individual’s ability.

  • My training philosophy consists of 3 phases that are in constant rotation: 

    • Core

    • Strength

    • Power​​

3. Multiple specialties: Weight loss, Muscle building, Corrective exercising, Speed, Power, Core & Strength Training.
